I am upset about the way these claim's are being handled its ridiculous how the examiner review theses claims and determined its not correct when my husband has life threating situations . done paperwork twice and was correct still she denied me .

Ive had a claim out for about 2 months now, Sedgwick keeps contacting me stating they dont have the paperwork necessary. So Ive tried to get he paperwork AGAIN (4 total attempts now) but the hospital (an hour away) refuses to send it without a release for, ive sent the form 4 separate times now. The paperwork was originally given to HR at my workplace but I assume she failed on her promise of sending said paperwork. And on top of that Sedgwig refuses to answer my phone calls.

User's recommendation: Never work for a place that has Sedgwig handle all HR and Leave issues.

I agree, my medical bills paid but not me and my case was accepted. Somebody needs 2 handle Sedgwick

My claims agent Jonathan page is arrogant, rude, un professional, patronizing, vindictive, self entitled & a flat out liar! No communication constant unnecessary delays in medical treatment & payment. The website is setup to where you cant even talk to a real person. Let alone a supervisor in order to file complaints, i haven't received my mileage reimbursement in 2 months thats illegal if i had a lawyer they wouldnt be doing this!

No Communication No Response

I walked into a dollar tree in Maryland and the shelves just fell on me. Poor me, Sedgwick is the insurance company.

Can't get thru on the phone, won't get a response via all the emails I've sent. The BBB or the Attorney General needs to really do something about all the complaints. It's NOT OUR FAULT WE GOT HURT. I have never had such awful experience with any company like with Sedgwick.

Once this claim is done, prayerfully in my lifetime, I would NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO WORK WITH SEDGWICK. I still haven't gotten any response since August. How do you not respond to assist your client. My assigned worker is Alexis Hamm, I have yet to hear the sound of her voice and her office phone number just rings, no answer.

The One time someone answered back in August she was the rudest human being. Sad ridiculous poor uncaring harsh and where is the owner of the company I know you've got read all of these awful reviews.

Every person with a horrible experience cannot be wrong. Absolutely awful customer service...so so sad!

They have the worst customer service. I have left 7 messages, e mails, voicemails and no call backs. Have asked for a supervisor and never heard back despite leaving supervisors messages. 602 509****

Customer service is terrible. Rude. Has no knowledge about your claim or resources. Getting an answer back via email is unreal. The website sucks. And the automated chat agent is cumbersome. Any time you use this, you will be directed to put in contact info with no hope of getting in touch with a living person. I called about the same claim 14 times. Nobody can give me a solid answer.

First when I submitted my claim they denied it because they claimed they didnt receive the paperwork even tho the clinic copied me in on everything that was sent. Then after that was fixed they deny my actual surgery day and day after. Because apparently they said I only qualify for 2 absences every two weeks for a treatment plant that I have 3-4 times a week. The website never ever works at home. You can never get in touch with a person on phone they tell you we wont answer our volumes too high go online.
