The company Dollar Tree is represented by Sedgwick a insurance company and they are never available

Need clarification

i have still no responce on this ive been without a vehicle for going on 3 months n no word your staff at sedwick either does not answer or just hangs up. very distant from thier client i have no plann and were almost 3 months out this is krazy

Complaint/Review

I have an active claim with Sedgwick. No one from this company returns calls. I need my claim resolved immediately. My items were damaged in a public storage facility that is insured by Sedgwick. I filed a claim and I am being delayed/ignored. I lost personal items that must be replaced. I lost my new bed and new sofa due to water damage I believe this company is a scam. Very unprofessional and deceitful.

User's recommendation: Do not ever trust Sedgwick to insure anything. They are a scam. You will pay for insurance and they will not respond when you need them.

Claim

They didn't extend my disability pay to the proper time. I had to call practically all day before getting anyone on the phone. When I did it was 30 ministry of going around in circles. I finally got my leave extended but then they didn't turn the approval in to my employer in time so I got shorted on pay. So now I have another thing to get straightened out.

Information

Called 4 days in a row, left messages each call. I had a time sensitive question. No response. Finally gave up. I just wanted/needed an answer to a question. If they couldnt answer, at least call and tell me.

Claim unresolved due to stopped payments collected

Segwick stopped taking payments in Nov and Dec 2022 with me, paying client, for unknown reasons, then bill sent to Viking Client Services Collection Agency
