They are very rude and disrespectful, they also ask questions that are none of their business. They red line claims and Phone Thug you.

I do believe they also toe the line of questioning when it comes to taking information. I had a rep come short of calling me a luar because she xallwd left voicemails but my voicemail isnt set up.

It's my phone and I chose not to set up my voicemail. Yoy can leave all the messages you want to I won't hear it.

Horrible insurance co

Bought a defective washer at Best Buy this is the Insurance company that represents them they are horrible they call you when theres a claim they take your information and thats the last youll hear from them they ignore your phone calls and or emails and they have no 800 number that I could see on their website to get a hold of a supervisor. Best Buy should know better than to deal with a company like this because it makes them look horrible and I will not be buying any further appliances from Best Buy because of this.

For my leave

Most of the customer service that work for SEDGEWICK re very rude. The last one I spoke to, her name is DIANA. Shes not supposed to be in customer service or in that job. The way she answers was very rude! Not happy at all. Not knowledgeable at all. I am a Davita employee, and I know that theyre 3rd party. Hopefully, this review of mine will help others.

Sedgwick handles workers compensation for many large insurance companies. They are a 3rd party processor. They will not return you or your lawyer's calls. Furthermore, they will under pay you, stop payments before you see the doctor or the day you have surgery. Half...

Medication

I order my medication and they do not authorize payment I called and called no response to any calls No one is ever in the office I am left here for five days with no response from Kara Ball they do not pay for the tests they order I have never seen such poor company in handling claims

They think someone is gonna continue to beg them for money thats owed from employment through them. OK calling my lawyer and the labor department first thing in the morning.

Walmart told me to call to see why I'm missing money

A phone call back

I incurred a fire in my home due to a Verizon installation in July 2021. I chose to file a claim with Sedgwick, claim no.302178****70001. I want my $8,903.80!!!!

I am attempting to receive my reimbursement of $8,903.80 which occurred as a result of fire damage by your client, Verizon. This occurred July 7, 2021. I have spent the last months trying to seek an answer from your representative, Samantha DeRosa. I chose to file the claim directly to you, since I had a high deductible on my insurance policy. I was assured by a Verizon representative that they assumed responsibility and would take care of all the cost. I have sent to Ms. DeRosa all the invoices that costs a total of $,8.903.80. I have asked Ms. DeRosa on more that 11 email contacts of the procedure to follow to no avail.
